Product Questions

What if my watch stops working?

If you suspect your item is faulty please send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

What if I order a watch and I don't like it?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 15 days. To request your return, contact us, quoting your order number in the subject.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all the labels still attached.

A return will not be accepted for a refund and sent back to the customer if it is: 

  • Damaged
  • Stained
  • Washed

Items returned for an exchange, may be returned at our drop-off location.

CHARGES

Items returned for a refund, may be returned at our drop-off location free of charge. Returns will be subjected to a €5 charge deducted from the refund amount if the item was send by delivery.

Items sent back without prior request, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance Sale items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds can only be processed to the individual placing the order. Gifts returned for a refund will not be accepted.

Delivery for the rest of the available shipping countries
Timeframe: May take up to 15 working days.

If you still haven't received your product after these timeframes, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

Do you sell secondhand watches?

Yes we have a page where we sell used watches.

Do you sell fake/replica watches?

No. All of our watches are 100% genuine products, inspected and approved by professionals.

Why do all watches have reference numbers?

Watch manufacturers use reference numbers to identify specific watch models. Some companies even have particularly detailed reference numbers that indicate a timepiece's strap or bracelet, clasp type, and other details.

Do your watches come in a box?

Yes, all of our watches come in the official box from the correct manufacturer. We do not sell loose, unboxed watches.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, Paypal and we also offer Cash on Delivery for Local Deliveries.

Do I need to register an account before making a purchase on Arloggi.com?

Not necessarly, you can use a guest account and buy your product from there.
